Club Moana is our loyalty program where you earn points for shopping with us! You can also earn points for tasks such as engaging with us on Socials Media, referring your friends or celebrating your birthday - there are so many ways to earn. But, the best part, is that you can use these points to get discounts of your next purchase, as well as level up in Loyalty Tiers that will give you rewards, gifts, early access and more!

Simple! Create a Shopify account, and then join through the Club Moana Loalty Page. The most important thing to do, is use the email address that you shop with us through. That way, all of your Points will be certain to be linked to your account.

There are two ways to do so. In the bottom left of your screen, you’ll see a little, pink rewards icon. If you click on this button, it will open a little widget where all of your important information is housed. You can also earn and redeem points within this widget. If you like a larger, more desktop style experience, find the Club Moana Menu Item in our Main Menu and you can also access your account here.

Your points will expire 12 months after they are earned. This is the same as your Loyalty Tier which is based on a rolling 12 month basis..

You certainly can! If you have been a loyal babe for quite some time (thank you!) and you have orders from prior to you signing up to Club Moana. We will happily provide you points for those orders. We call that ‘backdating’ your points and we love to reward you for your past loyalty! All you need to do is reach out to us at [email protected] and let us know the email address/es you've shopped with and we’ll do the rest.

We are definitely happy to merge points, as we know that sometimes we’re all forced to switch emails (cringing about our 16-year-old hotmail accounts over here). This is a manual process, however, so please reach out to [email protected] with the email addresses listed and we will oblige.

Points will be deducted from your account relative to the amount that is returned or cancelled.

You need to be logged into the program to view your Points and Activity. Points from recent purchases may take up to 48 hours to appear in your Club Moana Account. If it’s been more than 48 hours, please reach out to [email protected] and we can look into it for you.
